First of all, i just wanted to thank Rodney for sending this to me and allowing me to do this test. I'm not going to start using this until my bottle of GXR is gone so i can do a complete comparison between the two. The dosing will be as described on the bottle. I will be doing a slight bulk, trying to add some quality lbm, and tone up a little.
if anyone wants my stats let me know

update time
so far, this product has done very well partitioning nutrients, seen in the fact that i am down to 200 lbs, but my strength is still increasing. calorie intake is remaining the same at about 3500-3700, but defininition is getting slightly better.
so far, so good

Depending on what other supps you are taking, it is best to stack InsuLean K as follows:
2 capsules pre-workout with a cell-volumizer (like NOZ Super Charged)
2 capsules post-workout with your protein shake
2 capsules with your highest-carbohydrate meal of the day
Total = 6 capsules per day
italionstallionl

thats what ill do from now on,
2 in the morning (breakfast is generally my highest carb meal of the day)
2 pre work out
2 post work out
so, hypothetically, i should see better results than those that i am already getting  ?
would it be better to take it before my pre workout meal with carbs, about 1.5 hours before i lift, or closer to my work out?
about 20-30 min right before i lift i have about 23 g of WPI-i could also take it with that and my creatine, but am unsure if i should take it with carbs or not
thanks

Have you been keeping track of BF%? It would be interesting to see how much it changes throughout your review

Glad you got to start your insulean K test. I never got mine in spite of three (3) emails, including one recently, which were all replied to by Rodney in which he said I would be on the tester list, including recently, however it never arrived. :(
I will just watch this test from afar and see how it goes I guess.

Nutrabolics is notorious for this. They promise people products to test, then they never deliver. They did it to PBK too, and thats just on this board.

Ghost....guess you and me are in the same "boat" regarding these tests. Except that you did get your emails answered. My last emails did not get answered.

Finished the insulean K yesterday
weight 200
this is the type of product that isnt going to make or break your supplement arsenal, but it is a great addition if you have some extra money. it will help keep fat off while bulking, and aid in the cutting department. My definition got slightly better, and my waist went down .5 in. I feel that this did what it says it will do and its a good alternative to GXR.
IK vs GXR
I feel that both products are similar, but cap for cap GXR is more potent in the blood sugar and partitioning department. They are so similar i dont think there is a real "winner" and either choice would be a good one

I would add that, if my research is correct (please check) ALA is metabolized to DHLA in the body, which lasts for a short time only, BUT DHLA is a great antioxident as well as the other benefits.
There is only one company that has a stabilized DHLA for sale, and they are not on here, but since ALA (or in this case K-R-ALA) is converted into DHLA in the body, it may have the same effect. I am not certain about this.
