Which is the best for Carb supplemention ?

Which is the best Value ?

When exactly are we talking? Like supplement-wise in place of whole foods? Because there is nothing better than whole foods for any macro... Elaborate a little please.

I'm going to be using JW and I've been told Carbs are a must, so I figured I would supplement when needed.

Call me old skool dawg, but i'm a maltodextrin/dextrose kinda guy. 30g and 30g post-workout with protein and creatine. Many people say waxy maize starch (WMS) is a great choice, just not the IDS brand (supposedly shitty?)... I cannot speak for the stuff myself as I've never tried it. There are a few recent posts on here that you may wanna search for that talk about WMS....

I prefer WMS.

I go with ~65-75g post workout with 2 scoops Xtend, 2g creatine, 2g GEE.

OR just use 65-75g WMS and add a serving of your favorite creatine supplement.

I'd use 1.5 scoops myself, which will be enough to last 38 workouts.

If you workout 5 times a week, it will last you 7.6 weeks

If you workout 4 times a week, it will last you 9.5 weeks

I'd add in a scoop of your favorite creatine supplement (green mag would be a nice addition, or syntrax swole V3). Be mindful of flavoring, as the IDS is already flavored. You might be better off just using Anabolic Pro-line creatine mono

gotta agree with wedge here. I look into the Xtreme Form. ICE which already includes the glutamine component (this is for the bcaa's he rec.s)

I still have to recommend the backbone stack for BCAAs. The LARGE Xtend (best flavored supplement ever?) and 2lbs of Substance WPI (definitely best flavored protein ever, in my opinion) for $47. They throw in some book too, but who cares, the book doesn't come in watermelon!

I go with oats and whey for a good mrp during the day and preworkout. For postworkout only, I use 60-80gs of WMS(bulk form, very very cheap).
