I plan on using this for my next 12 week cycle but Im not so sure about whether I "need" the Retain. From what I can gather, its gonna boost my already insane metabolism and burn fat, but lets take a quick look at me, 6' 1", 203# +/_ (gained 20# in the last 5 months, so I'm inherently skinny) still probably have 14-16% bf but no love handles etc, i have some definition. I feel like Im still in a bulk phase, I would love to hit 210 by end of september and then cut fat down to hopefully a lean 205. I eat very lean and clean, high protein (200+ day) and 3000-3500 calories a day. This diet is what gave me my first 15 lbs, 5 more came from the 3 week cycle of mass tabs.
So the million dollar question is: should I skip the retain?

If your metabolism is insanely fast, then why are you at a high body fat percentage?
I think the leaning effects of Retain would be welcomed.

agree with b-nat. your fairly low and well into the healthy male Bf range. i think the ratain would be fine to add in, even with increased cals. it would be sorta of a way to help keep you from over eating too much but yet you could still eat more.
i hope you work out legs...if you dont then that could be a good start for you to gain as easy 10lb of muscle just from legs. and leg growth causes more natural gh, so more overall growth as well.

Like alot of people I really focused on chest and for some reason I love beating up my tri's, but yea I did enough reading that I learned to be balanced about it and that Gh and test would increase with not only legs, but my new favorite, COMPOUND HEAVY LIFTS. Best advice I read EVER on gaining mass. So deadlifts, squats etc got added to the routine, I noticed a BIG increase in visible/strength gains after I started those lifts. Thanks for pointing that out though, Im its something that cant be said enough I bet.
