should get the lipoderm ultra next time, add in some sesamin orally. with the LD Ultra, I'd use some lotion at separate times of application, your skin will reallllllly dry out

it's funny cause i never had the drying out that others warned about. I did just get a free bottle of ab-solution and i hope it doesn't smell and stain like lipo-derm. as for working or not, i got lazy due to the above mentioned hassles and only used it once every couple days before a workout. i've been told topical fatburners work best if you're under 10% bodyfat and exercise soon after application(something to do with something being redeposited into the target area if it's not burnt off while it's in the blood? ;this could be bullshit). Do not expect the lotion to work alone.
