Are you referring to the liquid vs the caps? ie 120cc vs 120 caps? From what ive heard from the vpx guys is that caps stay in your system a little longer but the liquid you will feel quicker due to the rapid absorption into your system......i havent seen any studies to prove or disprove this so that that for what its worth.......

I wouldnt stack the Redline with the Tight, that is way tooooooo much on the stim side.......

Ive used both and i like the Redline better over teh Tight (regular).....i have not tried the Tight Hardcore but have heard good things about it..........

You could always look into the Man Scorch/Ephedrine stack
