guys,

I was reading about BAM and mass fx. Seems as if they are similar products that are designed to do the same thing. I was also told that ALRI actually makes the stuff for ax, not sure if thats the case or not.

I tried the hyperdrol/mass fx cycle a while back and got nothing out of it.
Does it make sense to stack pro anabol with mass fx??

I have two bottles of mass fx and didnt want them to go to waste, but dont want ot be popping pills senselessley

You can stack them. I am taking Hyperdrol X2/Mass Fx/Retain 2/ Pro-Anabol.

ALRI does not make any of our products.

they don't make the products, they sold the product to AX to begin production. I like brent's stack, I'd go with jungle warfare and pro-anabol, or i like the way hdx2 and p.a. look together :D

also, just got off the phone with an ALRI rep. It was rather interesting.. according to the ALRI website, pro-anabol is designed to put on "either" definition or mass... not just one over the other...
yet when I call them to ask, the rep tells me pro anabol wont help with mass gaines, but it will help in leaning you out...

doesnt that contradict their website ad??

or am I wrong? If im wrong thats fine, just trying to straighten this out!

hmm.. any thoughts?

What exactly does Mass fx do?

Also, how long before you start seeing results from it?

I know everybody is different, generally speaking though?

Most people can start to feel it the first week. How were you dosing it?

Strength, leaning, aggression, focus.....

well i just starting taking it today.. im going to use 4 caps per day i guess..

im 212ibs 5'8 bf a lil high around 21%

im looking to put on size and strength but not increase my body fat. Im trying to get that down to , for starters 18%..

i dont do too much cardio, i do maybe 3-4 times a week at about 30-40 minutes of low intensity..not a fan of running hard..

i eat pretty good..cheat a little on weekends but id say my diet is for the most part on target..40g of protein each meal, 6 meals a day..some fruit in the morning and veggies for carbs after 4
heres a brief breakdown of my current supplement line..

pre workout:
bcaa, vasoxplode
during workout, scivation extend
post workout, vitargo with bcaa
pro anabol 3 caps a day
new chapter mens multi vitamin
fish oil 3 times daily with meals


just wanted to give you a breif rundown of what im currently doing to see how mass fx could help me..

I didn't gain a lot of mass with PA but the fullness and pumps were excellent. I did gain some good size, just not a lot of mass.

did you check bpf's log, he gained 6 at day 15, on double dose

this is true, but that all depends on his kcal's and how much weight he gained post contest, prior to starting the p.a.
