Cant help with the creatine pills.....as far as Creatine goes I am using MAN Clout.

Proteins I like:

Optimum Nutrition Pro-Complex (choco)

Only creatine pills that I have ever tried that I liked was SNS's Creatine E2 which are just basic CEE. (I havent tried alot of capsulated creatine products though as I usually use powdered products when I have a choice).

For proteins, my favorite overall for quality, taste and everything is Pro Complex by ON.
