Hey i have to wake up every morning for 6 o'clock football practice where we do a lot of weightlifting but whenever i take my smash and incarnate i can't stop puking. i am not able to eat in the morning because it is way to early for me. I have taken it all for a few months now with needed breaks but that was in the afternoon weightlifting. Thank you for all the help in advance.

When I wake up all I wanna do is take down the tent and piss.... LOL

Seems like the supps on an empty stomach might be whats going on so even if your not hungry try to get like a granola bar or nutragrain bar or anything thats quick and kinda light just to have something in your stomach. Then take your supps after down that light bit of food.

Try MAN Sports BluePrint, your suppose to take it upon waking up in the morning, I always had great workout's in the morning when i was taking it, hopefully Dinoiii could fill you in on it some more......As for me I loved the product, my muscles felt full all day long and didnt have to worry about taking it and not eating either, but like someone stated above it wouldnt hurt to just eat a granola bar or something, that doesnt take but like 1-2 mins, good luck

I used to have the same problem.
Couple things that help me.
1) eat a drink really slowly in the AM. If I slam a big protien drink or anything that early I will feel ill for a while. Stretch it out over 20 minutes or longer if you can. It will still all get into your system and do what it is supposed to do for you.
2) IF your getting up and 5:30am and going to practice a 6am your stomach is prolly not going to feel to great. Try getting up at 5am or 4:45 take your stuff, and then sitting back down (if you lie back down it might not be great for digestion) for 30 minutes before you head to practice. If you have to get a second alarm and put it by the coach so you will get back up in time. This way the supps will have time to get into your blood stream before you hit the gym/field etc. You can always take a nap after practice. Heck that might even be good for your recovery.
3) the above light meal idea is really good. If your not worried about carb intake I would go with something even lighter than granola, like saltine crackers, or 1/2 cup of brown rice, or some rice cakes. Now we are talking really light food.
These are things that have helped me over the years so hopefully they will help you.

HA! Thanks for the advertisement. On this note...do NOT forget to read dinoiii's article in AX's first magazine to be released soon! It deals with this particular concept directly - ummm and "bulking" sort of, but you'll see...it may turn into a 2-part series, but this is handled in the first sections!!!

Thanks for all the help i will try to wake up a little earlier and eating something light before.
