Hey, I’m 26 years Old, 5’8”/164lbs/12%BF being W/O for under 2 years 3 times a week, cardio 3 times a week as well. My diet is pretty clean no trans fat, no sweets I drink about 1 gallon of water and protein intake is 1.5 grams per pound. I need some help trying to reach my goals to drop my BF% to the single digits. I’ve try several thermo products on the market but nothing to that has actually worked like lipo6 & 6x, hydroxycut hardcore, methyl ripped & jet fuel.!!! I’m currently taking:
ON’s100% whey (shakes between meals)
Tetrazene ES (2 pills 3x a day)
CLA (with every meal)
Green tea extract (after meals 3x a day)
A Multi Vitamin / Mineral (once a day)
C vitamin (with cardio and W/O’s)
BCAA (pre & post W/O)
Plasmavol (pre W/O)
ON’s Casein (before bed)
ZMA (before bed)
Can someone point out my mistakes in my diet or my supplement choices? I didn’t mention my routine because I don’t follow a specific one (try to keep my body in shock)... thanks - LM

How are we suppose to point out mistakes in your diet if you didnt post it? As far as supplements go, i would swap out the Tetrazene ES with Leviathan or Lipo 6X.

You consume too many protein shakes.

Whole foods are favored over protein shakes. Of course there is nothing wrong with a breakfast shake and oats (one of my favs) and post-workout is practically a necessity. If you have the time, try and eat more whole food meals....
I also noticed that your pre-workout shake and your post-workout shake are 2 hours apart. How long do you work out for? You typically wanna consume your pre-workout meal about 1-1.5 hours before the workout. But in your case, it being a shake, you may want it more like 30-45 minutes before workout or so.
And I agree with all the other comments. More veggies, and more meat....

Thanks a lot for the advice... i usually just take a shake 20 to 30 minutes before i hit the gym, i only work out for for about 45 to 1 hr (depends on what body part) and them I do 15 to 20 minutes of low impact cardio them thats when i take my post w/o shake. since i only being lifting under 2 years i'm not going crazy to lift for more them what i do now, i figure short but steady will get me futher them longer sessions and risk injury that will only set me back...Once a again thanks for all your suggestions i will start with more whole small meals and less shakes...
