I just finished 2 bottles of Hot-Rox, taking 2 capsules 2 times daily as suggested & I got absolutely NO noticable results from using the product. I realize that I used the product for only 55 days instead of 60 days, but I know that 5 days wouldn't make much difference now. During the last 4 weeks (30 days), I have also been on a high protein/low carb diet. You would think that with the addition of Hot-Rox, the fat on my body would just melt off. But it hasn't. And apparently, the diet didn't work for me this time. I tried it once before & lost 20 lbs. in 30 days, but nothing noticable this time. So, I certainly wouldn't recommend purchasing & using Biotest's Hot-Rox at all. It's really frustrating to waste my money on a product that the manufacture makes such terrific claims for. Hot Rox suck!

What was your workout schedule like while you were on Hot Rox. Cardio in the morning or later in the day?

Just Curious.

I am going to try Hot-Rox with Dietex MRP and RTD's. Thats unfortunate you had some bad results with it.

Afraid I can't say what my caloric intake was while I was on Hot-Rox. I did try to eat at least 4 times daily, usually whey protein shakes, chicken, tuna or lean ground round meat. I made sure I wasn't eating a lot of fat. Of the carbs I did eat, most were fruits & veggies (melons, grapes, broccolli, celery, etc.). In other words, I was eating good. No junk. Most of my cardio was done earlier in the day & my evening workouts were heavy. I work 1 muscle group daily. I have enough mass, tho. I'm just trying to cut up in my waist. I am 46 years old & weigh 220 lbs, so I know it might be harder for me to get as good results as someone younger. In summation, my cardio was adequate, my weight workouts were better than average & my diet was good. I took the Hot Rox according to directions. I should have gotten better results. I know I don't get the best results with supplements. Most advertised claims are over-exaggerated in my opinion. I've used a lot of leading brands over the years & I've rarely found a product that actually lived up to the claims made for it. Just another hard lesson learned, along with emptier pockets.

How many minutes of cardio did you do in the morning?

I am trying to cut also. Just want to compare see if I can find something workable for me. Thanx

I usually walk for a couple of hours each day, an hour at a time, starting in the morning. It's enough to get my heart rate up & give me a good sweat. If I have time at the gym in the afternoons, I'll do 20 minutes on the cross-trainer elliptical orbiter machine. I also have been doing 4 sets of 100 body ball situps before I do my heavy workout for the muscle group I've chosen for the day.

honestly bro's, i'm in need of help also. I'm looking better as I get older, because I workout regularly now, but my stomach needs a lot of work. My wife says i'm to hard on myself, she thinks i look great. ( love is blind  ) I want to try a fat burner, but I don't want jitters and shit. I've tried them before nad they work but the feelings i got were not pleasant, scary sometimes honestly.

Also, I used to think that all supplements were overhyped, but some do live up to most of its claims. I've found out over time stacking items make the products work better.
