Hey I just got the AccuFitness body fat calipers and it sucks. They give you pratically no directions how to measure your bodyfat. They only show you how to do the skinfold measurement on your stomach. What about the front of the arms, the back of the arms, legs, chest, back? I do not think one skinfold can accurately measure bodyfat. i have minimal fat on my body accept my obliques and lower abs. Does anyone know were I can get precise directions (possibly on-line) how to measure bodyfat with using at least three different sites on the body?

any home bf% test will be off by a bit. It is better just to compare values to each other as a guide for bf loss than to actually rely on the number you get. I hope that makes sense
