This exceded my expectations. I think it tastes great, and it tastes unreal for micellar casein. Definitely be my choice for nighttime protein from now on.

How much protein can they put in a cracker?

sorry i assumed they sold it here since they carry Micellean. Its an old flavor

I wasnt pro or anti casein, just concerned a bit by the evidence he presented. I don't think 25-50g every night is going to kill me, but i wont make a habit of consuming more than 100g a day
