Here are mine.

1) Get back in the gym consistantly. (no time with starting a company)
2) Lose a good 15lbs
3) Be a better father and husband
4) To be a better Christian.

Unfortunately,

or fortunately I do NOT make resolutions - for the following reason.

Januray 1st is so predetermined. I set goals - year round - AT MY PACE, when I AM READY. I think the reason many people fall out of their resolutions by say February is b/c they were forced to set the goal at an time that they were not only NOT ready, but at a time that only lends itself to fail at them. What I mean is, a new year brings about changes (hopefully) and there is NO absolute way to plan for them...if you cannot forsee this, you will fall flat on your face in striving for what you have set out to do - and this is not necessarily your fault.

My opinion: set a goal when you are ABSOLUTELY 100% positive about what a predetermined amount of time will bring in all facets. This is solely protection against failure.

i agree with dinoiii i set small goals for new years but with out constantly setting tough goals for your self to stirive for all year long what happens if you set your new years goal and you reach it in april with no further plan for after that keep making goals all year long and always have the next one ready before you reach it so your ready to go. Good luck everyone and happy new year
