View Full Version : Prohormone Post Cycle Help

Hello everyone this is my first post! Anyway right now I'm stacking GAT M1T + Methyl-Dione with Legal Gear 4 AD+. Then I'm taking the basics with that ( MHP Trac, Whey, ECA Stack, and Gluatamine. Well guys I'm here to tell you unfreaking believable results. Very dry muscle gains with huge strength gains. The only side effect (ONLY) is that I feel like I'm more aggressive and get irritated easily. Which is weird because I'm a very easy going kind of guy. Other then that no side effects whatsoever. I'm taking the recommened doses which is like half of what some people recommened (600mg of 4AD while im taking 300MG). Anyway after the cycle im taking the basics ( Animal Pak, Creatine HCL, Gluatimine Peptide, Whey) and then finally my question. Is Z MASS PM and 6 0X0 enough to boost natural testosterone levels. I really want to keep my gains! Sorry what a confusing post this is. Oh FYI with these prohormones I did not see much of a fat gain or loss. But it has been absolutely ridicilous the amount of muscle I gained in only two weeks. Not to sound like a pompus ass but do not expect the same gains as I did. I can lose fat and gain muscle extremely fast as long as I'm strict to my routine. My best ever is losing 20 pounds of fat and gaining 12 pounds of muscle in about 28 days. Oh yeah with only an ECA once or twice a day. That was awesome. Mind you I was in college (Still I'm) and my bodyfat was 26%! at the time and 28 days later it was 15%. I used calipers and the scale to calculate muscle gains and fat loss.

first of all, congrats on the gains

as for pct, i would go with something more potent than 6 oxo. your cycle was pretty harsh, i would definitely get nolva. you could also look into trib, its pretty cheap, and couldnt do anything but help.

I have some EAS Trib thats pretty old and taste like shit its flavor is called fire/ice. Should I just finish it? The bottle is like 3/4 full also what is novla

yeah use the trib.

Not to knock you or anything but if you don't know what nolva is you probably didnt do enough research for this cycle - you should have had nolva ready just in case you saw any gyno.

Its pharmaceutical name is tamoxifen citrate.

get ahold of wedge he will help you out, i will agree that you should make sure and have a product on hand for the sides. cause if you get bad gyno and your not ready you could be in good shape

its going to help you get back to normal in terms of Estrogen levels.

what you got there should be all that you need. You may lose some size but that is normal but if you keep working your butt of and keep diet clean it should be minimal. Glad to have you aboard and im glad that we could help you, keep us posted on how things are going

Okay well I have some updates to tell you guys how this cycle is going. I'm still getting stronger and more muscular. I was 230 before now 236 but I'm positve I have lost fat on the cycle I just don't know how much. I would safely say that I have gained a minimum of 12-15 pounds of muscle and lost about 10 pounds of fat. Thats not bad for two and a half weeks! The bad side of prohomones happened yesterday. I did Back and Biceps Went down to the basement for a cable 7-7-7 for Biceps ( i do not know why I just felt like doing it) Then I flex after the set. OMG! the pain was unbearable my muscle were so pumped full of blood it killed. IT felt like they were in shock and tensed up. Also I have noticed my forearm felt like steel while doing arm. Im not bragging but literally you could knock on it. I also have all these red bumps on the back of my arms. Have no idea what the hell they are, its not acne but I'm guessing it has something to do with the prohormones. I also have been having the weirdest mood swings were Im tired and depressed, happy and energetic, and then sometimes I'm just plain angry. I just got a bottle of 50ml of Nolvadex. I have some questions about it but do not know if I can ask on this forum. So I will wait for a reply.

Well the cycle is pretty much over. Here are my results

Before 230 Pounds 16-17% bodyfat

After 236 Pounds 12-13% bodyfat

Cycle of 21 days currently on day 19

I just started PCT. I lifted today and I'm still getting stronger. I did 6 strict barbell curls with 115 and reverse close grip bench press with 185x8. Thats better then ever. Is that still the juice from the prohormones or what? Its been like 48 hours and they were oral tablets so they have to be out of my system by now right?

They are probably mostly out of yrou system. Alot of times you're mentally so used to adding extra weight gains can continue into PCT. I usually cut volume a bit in PCT, add some cals, and cut out cardio completely.
