View Full Version : recommended dosage for methyl 4-ad & methyl-1 test

i just got my Methyl 4AD extreme by SNS and my Methy-1 Test and was wondering what would be the best stack??? right not i am on a 2 week break from Methyl-1 test but when i get back on i want to go all out......i was taking 2 pills a day (20 mg) and felt ****in' AWESOME!!!! so should i keep the M1T to 20 mg a day and add 1 pill (100 mg) of Methyl 4AD extreme??? would that be enough??? I weigh 293 lbs (built like a ****in wall, baby!!!) so should I take more of the Methyl 4AD extreme????? thanks....btw, you guys kick ass!!!!

This is one of those really tricky questions because alot of people advise against taking Methyl 1-Test and 4-AD Methyl Xtreme together because the 4-AD Methyl Xtreme is so strong. If you are going to take them together, I would not take more than 1 capsule per day of the 4-AD Methyl Xtreme.

Something that we have seen alot of people do is alternating cycles.
Example:
Weeks 1 and 2: Methyl 1-Test and 4-AD XT
Weeks 3 and 4: off
Weeks 5 - 7 or 8: 2 capsules of 4-AD Methyl Xtreme

or the reverse:
Weeks 1 - 3 or 4: 2 capsules of 4-AD Methyl Xtreme
Next 3 to 4 weeks: off
Next 2 weeks: Methyl 1-Test and 4-AD Xt
Next 2 weeks: off
Next 2 weeks: Methyl 1-Test and 4-AD XT again

Make sure that you use proper PCT where necessary.

In my other post titled "Methyl-1 Test Cycle Help" you guys said that Methyl-4ad Extreme and Methyl-1 Test would be awesome for me...so I bought some from you guys.....i will actually be starting it in a week or so.....I was thinkin about taking 2 pills of M1T a day and 1 pill of M4ADExtreme a day to start out......like i said before I weight 293 lbs and the M1T doesn't make me jittery or shakey or NOTHING!!!! I'm into powerlifting so I'm really not into the "pump" so to speak....i am VERY into gettin ****in strong as hell though, my workouts are very intense and tiring from all the heavy iron.....so i mainly want to make sure that this is the right shit for me.....know what i mean???? should i maybe e-mail you for a more "personal" response???? thanks for all your help....your guys customer service is awesome.....

When I replied in the other thread I was speaking of two seperate products myself. 4-AD XT is not a methyl, it is our basic 4-AD product and alot of people take it with Methyl 1-Test. I then went on to state that alot of powerlifters love the 4-AD Methyl Xtreme. (Note: There was someone in the thread that metioned stacking Methyl 1-Test and 4-AD Methyl but it wasn't me.)

There are people that take the Methyl 1-Test and 4-AD Methyl Xtreme together, it is just a very, very strong stack and is nto for everyone. Understand from my perspective that I cannot recommend it, but can say that there are people doing it and loving it.

I think that the stacking method that I outlined in the post above yours is a more safe way of doing cycles with these products.

so do you think that some 6-OXO and some milk thistle is good enough for PCT???? i want to make sure i take everything i need to take....please let me know.....

I would have to say that for PCT, 6OXO is very popular. Many people suggest using Nolva if you can get it. In reference to Milk Thistle, I think it should be used with any ph stack.

Make sure to give yourself adequate time off cycle as well.

tell me if this is cool....i will go one week on then one week off and will keep alternating this....M1T and M4ADExtreme of corse.....i just started taking both of those together this morning.....i will let everyone know how it goes......on my on days i will take 2 pills of M1T and 1 pill of M4ADExtreme.....on my off days i will take just 1 pill of M1T....and of corse nothing on the off weeks....later

sorry...i should have said that the days that i work out i will take 2 M1T and 1 M4AD Extreme and the days that i DON'T workout i will take just 1 M1T and then when I'm on the OFF week for PH I will take NOTHING...sorry......

I am not a big fan of 1 week cycles on Methyl 1-Test. I think that it may negatively impact your gains. I would do at least a 10 day to 14 day cycle.

I have been reading some on 1-ad can this be stacked with 4-ad? and is this a good stack. Is it true that 1-ad and 4-ad are some of the best ph and safest?

they are mild in comparison to other ph's. That's why they are so safe. 1-AD converts to 1-T in your body. I've run a brief 1-AD 4-AD stack and got great results from it.

4-AD is one of the tried and true old school prohormones.

1-AD comes down to alot of personal preference. Some people like it and some people do not. Many people choose methyl 1-test now days because of the potency difference.

Agreed. 1-AD is kinda old school now too. But it earned its band of followers in its prime though.

With 4AD, there is that whole cheap cost thing that appeals to some.
