Hello Everyone,
I saw that Serious Nutrition Solutions came out with a brand new creatine product as mentioned in the subject. Since I have done their prohormones for a good 6 week cycle and am now off cycle per se, I have decided to add this product to my off cycle to see how I respond. The only other products I am taking besides the basics right now is Tribex from Biotest and 6OXO. I have been on my off cycle for about 6 days now. I hope to get this creatine in by tomorrow or Friday the latest.
I want to do a log of what my results are on this product, good or bad. I have had amazing results with SNS's MOHN and Methyl Dien and now want to see if they can carry the same success into the non hormonal creatine market. I am tired of buying into the new products that come out with different creatine transport systems or different forms of creatine and only feeling like I am going to throw up 5 days into cycle. I have never had any success in the past with Creatine products so I am hoping this one works for me.
Right now on Day 6 I feel a little depleted and not as pumped, though my testosterone feels high as my agression is still there. I am hoping for some good pumps and muscle swelling while on this product so I can look like I am still on cycle. I hate coming off a cycle and not look as "jacked".
This product sounds promising with its components. I will try my best to post daily under this topic as I take the product and work out. From what I am taking any pumps and/or muscle swelling I develop I will attribute to the E2 Matrix. I also hope I don't carry too much water and look puffy either because I retain water very easily.

Just keep in mind that your results on this supp will definately take a hit since you're on PCT. So just because you dont see results doesnt mean its not "working"

I am definitely keeping that in mind and plan to do the last two weeks of E2 Matrix while not on PCT so as to see what can happen.

i finished workout 1 tonight after taking 2 pills of E2, which is 1 serving. let me just say that my stamina was amazing. i did not tire at all and actually had to force myself to leave the gym. now, this is not usually the case b/c after working all day and driving home in traffic i am lucky to get a half decent workout in. tonight i actually got a workout in like when i was still in college and had all the time in world to train. my veins were pretty pumped and i downed 5 bottles of poland spring water and my gym was FREEZING....it just seemed like my muscles craved the water.
tomorrow is leg day so i will keep everyone posted as i stay on this product. i am not going into measurements of my bodyfat and my arms and quads, etc...i am going to be describing real world mirror results. i dont care if someone's arms are 21 inches when 5 of those inches are fat btut i care if my arms fill out xxxl sleeves as well after this cycle lol...

I didn't do legs today. My knees were aching, might be the cold weather here in NY. I did my back and chest lite and my triceps heavy since tomorrow I can't train. I also did some stairmaster cardio. I was so pumped in my back and chest I couldn't stand normally....I had to stick out my chest and my arms and walk like a musclehead. My veins were exploding. I took a serving this morning, a serving after the gym, and a serving tonight. I am energetic and happy, but with a non stimulant feeling. So far this product is great. I want to see if I gain any muscle now on top of this. Tomorrow I am off and Sunday I hope to train legs.

Did legs today. Notice a definite strength increase when I did close legged hack squats and a nice pump in my calves when I did seated calf raises. Everyone keeps telling me I look a lot fuller as well overall. Even though yesterday was a stressful day and I didn't get too much sleep I still had a pretty good day at the gym. The funny thing is when I did cardio today my legs were so swollen in my sweats that you could see my legs just hugging the material. I was amazed at how big my legs looked when I got home...its a good feeling to feel so pumped all the time. I am also very hungry as well.

I'm also using this and I'm stacking it with CE2. I figure I'll post weekly here instead of making another log.
Its too early to say much about it, I did feel pretty good pumps today and also got a few extra reps out on flat bench and DB flyes, and went up 5lbs on incline DB presses. One thing is it made me thirst as hell. I've taken a few different creatines before and sure they've made me a little extra thirsty but after every set i did it felt like I hadnt had a sip of water in weeks. I speed-walked to the fountain literally between every set.
The flavor is pretty good. I have fruit punch and its alot better than "Sweet Tart Punch" by Syntrax flavor wise. I guess they also have grape and orange, I'm excited to see how orange tastes.
I just figured I'd post the label on this so you guys can see it. Very much like SwoleV2 with a few added flares and more of many of the ingredients.

I also did chest today. Had a pretty good workout. I was able to get 5 45lb-plates on each side for Hammer Strength Incline Presses for 10 reps, a first for me. I am also very thirsty and drinking like I spent a week in the Sahara. My chest was very pumped after the workout and still is. Now I am starting to see nice strength increases which is a good sign as well.

Did back tonight. Went moderate on all exercises. Saw some decent pumps even while I was wearing a fleece with the sleeves rolled up. I was particularly impressed with how my back didn't tire even when I was hitting it with a set of 10-12 reps every single time. Normally I would be dead tired after my second exercise but I wasn't. I hit all angles of my back and now when I just got I had some pump going on...even my lagging lower back muscle was solid. I was very thirsty all day and drank, no joke, about 20 cups of water. I also am starving right now and need to get some food in me besides the shake I had. I am looking forward to weighing myself Friday just for the fun of it to see if I am gaining any particular lean muscle yet. I said I wasn't going to use the scale but what the hell lol....I def no my bodyfat has not increased one bit. I feel pumped all day which is nice too - no one at work questions anything I do lol

Discount Anabolics will hopefully have the product available very soon. No one is allowed to post outside links on this forum though. Price wise, it should be very affordable, probably right around the 30.00 mark.

As Steve said I don't want to advertise another company's website on here but I did get it for that price (30) as well.
I did shoulders and triceps tonight. I normally don't like doing tris after shoulders but am pressed for workout time this week because of the holiday and wanting to look good for New Year's :twisted: ...I actually saw a new vein in my tricep and and was pleased...getting a new vein is like Christmas and your birthday all in one. My shoulders maintained a nice pump even into this morning. Big weigh in day tomorrow. I am hitting legs lite tonight because I really feel like doing them. I am drinking a lot of water as usual and noticing my strength maintaining for 12 reps for weight I normally would 8-9 reps with as well.

Trained lite legs yesterday. Had an awesome workout, got a great pump, and really noticed some nice seperation starting to become more present.
Hack Squats (Close Leg) - 90 X 12, 140 X 12, 180 X 12, 225 X 9
Leg Press Wide Leg - 720 X 15, 900 X 15, 990 X 13
Standing One-Leg Leg Curls - 60 x 15, 70x 12, 80 x 12, 100 x 8
Hammer Strength Reverse Leg Extensions - 90 x 12, 110 x 12, 120 x 10
Leg Extensions - 195 x 15, 255 x 13, 305 x 12
Seated Calf Raises - 90 x 25, 135 x 25, 155 x 25, 155 x 25, 155 x 25
The first two squat exercises are just the total amount of plates, not including the machine itself. I had a lot of power last night considering I did heavy legs on Sunday. I still have a good pump going on in my legs and two girls came over to me last night asking how big my legs are :). I definitely that the E2 Matrix is helping me with stamina and power. Today I will see about weight when I head home.

Happy New Year Everyone...I took 3 much needed days off, As for my weigh in, I gained 3 pounds and have not been pigging out any of the holidays. I am harder and more pumped even when I am not training. I look forward to another hard week and see if I notice some good strength gains as well. I definitely have more energy and can tell the difference in how shirts are fitting me as well as my jeans.

Had an awesome chest workout tonight. To give my muscles a break and prime them for some serious muscle building come March, I am going to continue training moderate in weights, making sure to hit the 12-15 rep mark on all exercises. I have noticed for me this has definitely worked in the past and should continue to.
Incline Barbell Press - 135 x 15 (warm-up), 185 x 15, 225 x 15, 245 x 15, 255 x 12
Hammer Strength Incline Press (weight on each side, excluding machine weight) - 90 x 15, 135 x 15, 180 x 15, 205 x 15
Under Cable Rows (each side) - 50 x 15, 60 x 15, 70 x 15
Leaning Over Cable Flies - 80 x 15, 90 x 15, 80 x 15
Flat Cable Press (machine at my gym similar to that Bowflex machine except with plates on each side - very solid stack) - 125 x 15, 155 x 15, 140 x 15
I had a TREMENDOUS pump when I left the gym. My chest was out from the rest of my body like I had gotten B cup implants lol. I couldn't believe how the blood just rushed to that area. I felt strong and my weight is still solid. I am also noticing new veins in my legs. This product seems to build lean muscle and vascularity the way creatine monohydrate should have for me but never did. I am glad that this product is working and best of all I am not tired after workouts and there is no water bloat though I am drinking like race horse.

Trained Back last night. Once again, my workout did not disappoint. I did everything for reps of 12-15 just like chest the night before. I definitely notice that light weight is even easier than before I started the E2. I get a much better overall fulness in the muscle too. I am still drinking a ton of water with no retention. I will be done with my PCT in the next two days so I really want to see if any water comes back then. I like this product so far b/c it is very easy to take and you can feel the extra endurance within an hour after taking. My goal was to maintain my gains from my last prohormone cycle and I definitely have.
Once impressive feat last night was that I was able to do barbell rows for 15 reps each of 165, 155, 145, 135, and 115 without stopping. I had such a pump it was amazing. I am trying to focus more on my back as I notice when I go heavy I bring my shoulders and biceps into the mix.
My legs are growing rapidly by the way, gained a 1/2 inch in my quads since my last pant measurement last month 8)

Did shoulders last night. Hit some nice "growth points" if you know what I am saying - the point when the blood flow is really rushing into the muscle and veings are popping out in places you never thought possible. My shoulders are actually the biggest I have ever seen them. I have more stretch marks as well. I was able last night to do a personal best in dumbbell side laterals and rear delts.
barbell presses (sitting) - 135 x 15, 185 x 15, 215 x 15, 235 x 15, 245 x 12
side laterals (dumbbell) - 30 x 15, 40 x 15 45 x 13
wide grip upright rows - 95 x 15, 115 x 12, 105 x 12
hammer strength shoulder presses (weight on each side excluding the weight of the machine) - 110 x 13, 120 x 13, 130 x 13
dumbbell shrugs - 85 x 25, 100 x 25, 110 x 25
rear delts using pec deck - 175 x 15, 225 x 15 295 x 10
I felt really strong last night. My pumps are incredible and the way my sweater fits right now is making everyone stare. I love this product and definitely feel it is the best creatine/pump product for the money. I am getting better results now than with any other natural supplement. Keep in mind this is still while I am on PCT as well.

I did a half hour of cardio today and yesterday as these are my two "off" days from training. I have had guys come up to me asking how many weeks I am on my "EQ" cycle. It's great. The pump is quite amazing considering I was doing the stairmaster and not leaning over on the machine to tighten my arms. My legs are very hard and I have trouble fitting in my jeans as my legs are tighter in them and it creates less material for the waste. However, my waist itself is down an inch. I love the well being feeling of this product and appreciate the pumps and hardness I am getting with no bloat as I have been saying.

Trained Legs again last night. Got a nice workout in and really am noticing increased hardness in my calves now as well. Here was my workout:
Football Machine Squats (squat down and back, raise up and forward - weight is for 1 side) - 45 x 15, 90 x 15, 90 x 15
Legs Together Hack Squats (weight is for 1 side) - 45 x 12, 70 x 10, 90 x 10, 115 x 10
Hammer Strength Reverse Leg Extension (Hamstrings - weight without machine) - 45 x 25, 90 x 15, 115 x 12, 135 x 6, 110 x 10
Standing Leg Curls (20 second rest periods) - 50 x 10, 60 x 10, 70 x 10
Leg Press (weight is for 1 side) - 180 x 20, 360 x 20, 405 x 20
Seated Calf Raises (total weight excluding machine) 90 x 25, 135 x 25, 180 x 25, 180 x 25, 215 x 25
Leg Extensions - 175 x 15, 225 x 15, 260 x 12
As you can see, moderate weights, a little variety and a great pump was had all over. I don't think I need to stress anymore that my quads are bigger than ever lol. My legs are pumped 24/7 and pop out of my jeans all the time. I am definitely proportionate now :)

I wanted to stress that I am using weights for full contractions, no cheat reps - all solid sets. The E2 Matrix is helping me have the energy to do this day in and day out with all my bodyparts.

I am glad I can help. I hate seeing fellow bodybuilders get ripped off. If this product sucked I would say it, but I can't say a bad thing about it.
I did chest last night:
incline barbell press - 135 x 15 185 x 15 225 x 15 245 x 15 and immediately after 185 x 10
hammer strength incline press (weight for each side) - 135 x 15 180 x 12 225 x 7 180 x 10
flat dumbbell flies - 65 x 15 80 x 12 95 x 12
flat barbell bench - 185 x 20 225 x 15 245 x 15
underneath cable crosses - 60 x 12 70 x 12 70 x 12
my weight on all exercises has gone up a great deal for the reps i am getting. i could never get 225 on each side for hammer stregnth incline before for more than 3 before this cycle. i can get reps with higher weight now which is a great feeling.....getting deeper stretches now with more weight means more growth and i love that thought.

I am not bloated one bit. I don't have any stomach upset either. I am just very thristy and my strength is very solid for good reps with nice weight. I did back last night and everything is tight. I am not going to go into the weights I did cause I am sure people get bored seeing that, but I can say that whatever you are currently repping now for 12 you will do for 15 easily. I will be done using this soon b/c I am going back on a ph cycle and at least I lost no gains since my last one. In fact, I am up 6 pounds now as well.

The key with this product I find is that the energy is there and the lean muscle is real muscle fibers, not water inside the cell. For example, as I did back last night I work a tight fleece. You can see the muscle flex through the fleece and it is tight, not a swollen bloat. I personally did my best set of dumbbell rows of 160 x 10 last night as well with no straps and no extra use of my biceps. The strength is like being on 4 AD.

i do two incline presses because i want to shape the upper part of my chest and that is where I feel the majority of mass is
i don't like posting weights b/c the weight does not make you successful, its the form and all other factors to build a bodybuilding body

i have finished my "off cycle" per se
i am back on cycle now and thank creatine e2 matrix for me maintaining all my gains and then some - for the price it will be in my arsenal for years to come, especially when i stop using any hormonal product eventually
one tip i noticed when taking this product is for the last 8 days i was taking 3 pills twice a day rather than 2 three times a day - i felt stronger when i needed to be
