Credit Card orders can be placed online over our 128 bit Secure Socket Layer encrypted connection or over the phone.

Google Checkout
To place an order using Google Checkout, select Google Checkout on the basket page once your cart is completely full. This will then take you to Google's secure checkout process. Unlike PayPal, account setup is not necessary and you do not need to be brought back to our site once the checkout process is complete. You will receive a Google Checkout confirmation email and periodic order updates from Google once your order is shipped. If you have any additional questions, please contact us.

Money Orders
To place an order using a money order, follow the checkout process as normal and select "Money Order" as your payment method. Obtain a money order for the total amount, including shipping charges and sales tax. Mail the money order and a copy of the invoice (emailed to you) to:

Money Orders should be made payable to DiscountAnabolics.com.
Products will not be sent until the money order is received. For fastest delivery, we recommend using a credit/debit card or Google Checkout.

International Shipping
This is our standard, most economical shipping method. Delivery is 5-10 business days. There is no tracking available. This is duty-free to Canada.

Fed-Ex International Economy
This is Fedex's economy shipping and your order should arrive in 5-8 business days. You will receive door to door package tracking.

Fed-Ex International Priority
This is expedited shipping and your order should arrive in 3-5 business days. You will receive door to door package tracking.

International shipping charges will be based upon the package weight and the country of destination. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, U.S. or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a U.S. bank. Customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties and/or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount. For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Food supplements - for personal use only". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

If your package is seized, that country may destroy the shipment, send it back to us, or collect the banned items and move the rest forward. If your shipment contains 1 banned item, we are not responsible if it gets seized; you are taking a risk by ordering these items. Realize International Shipping may take up to a month to deliver to your country due to custom delays. If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "unclaimed."

Notice:
There are certain items that are offered for sale on our web site that we do NOT ship to international locations (outside of the United States). If you order one of these items we will either cancel this item on your order or contact you to arrange for a substitution of a similar product that we do ship to international locations.

To maximize fraud prevention, we require both credit/debit card billing address and CVV2 code verification before any order will be shipped. When placing an order online or over the phone, you will need:

1. the address the card's statement is sent to.
2. a 3-4 digit code found only on the card.

This procedure is very simple.  If you are placing your order over the phone, we will handle the rest. If you are placing your order online, please read on.

Step one of the check out process will require both the shipping address and the cards billing address.  If these two address are the same, simply fill in only the shipping address and continue. Step three of the checkout process will require the card holders name, card number, expiration date and CVV2 code. If you are using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card, the CVV2 code is the last 3 digits found on the signature strip on the back of the card. If you are using an American Express, the CVV2 code is the 4 digit code (not embossed) found on the front of the card.

Very Important: Whether or not your billing address verifies, your card will still be charged. If your billing address does not verify, you will receive an email notification. Simply reply to the email, with the correct credit/debit card billing information, and we verify the information manually for approval.

All of our products are guaranteed, by the manufacturer, to be of the highest quality, purity and potency. If you feel that the product that you received does not hold to these standards, please contact us or the manufacturer.

We pride ourselves on having the largest inventory in the industry. Although every attempt is made to keep a perfect inventory, occasionally items run out of stock. If a product is scheduled to be out-of-stock longer than 10 business days, it will be labeled "out of stock" and will be unavailable for purchase. In the unlikely event a product that you order is out of stock, you will receive a status notification via email. In most cases, only whole orders are shipped. The customer can request a split ship where an additional shipping charge may be required. Please feel free to contact us to make changes to your order for faster deployment.

• All problems with your order must be reported before the end of the next business day.
• To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, simply contact us. No unauthorized returns.
• Returns and exchanges will only be accepted on unopened and unused merchandise.
• No returns or exchanges on items that are discontinued or are in closeout status.
• Returns must be approved within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges must be approved within 30 days of receipt.
• Products not exchanged are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Packages that are returned without the RMA number clearly posted on the exterior of the package will be refused.
• Shipping charges are not refundable in any case. Additional shipping charge may apply for exchanges.
• If your merchandise is refused at the time of delivery, your order will be treated as a return upon its arrival at our warehouse.

• Orders canceled of an in stock item, before the item is shipped, will be subject to a 6% administrative charge.
• Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped.
• If you refuse to provide required information to ship your package, your order will be canceled.
• Ignoring specific state regulations will result in cancellation of the order.

Please make sure that the shipping address you supply is absolutely correct, beyond the best of your knowledge.  Our UPS account is automatically charged $5.00 for every address correction they make.  In the event that your address is corrected by UPS (to complete the delivery), the credit/debit card supplied to purchase the products will be charged $5.00.

All references to a "chargeback" refer to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge placed on www.discountanabolics.com. There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If a credit is due, simply contact us and we will gladly issue it. Unnecessary chargeback's are theft and can be prosecuted. If you feel that your credit/debit card was used fraudulently on www.discountanabolics.com, please contact us for immediate resolution.

You agree that you will not chargeback any amounts charged to your credit/debit card on THIS SITE. If you chargeback a credit/debit card charge for a payment initiated by you, you agree that THIS SITE may recover the amount of the chargeback in addition to $25 by any means deemed necessary, including but not limited to recharging your credit/debit card or having the amount recovered by a collection agency.
